By accessing and using MJJ Tools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use MJJ Tools for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:

• Use our tools for legitimate purposes
• Process your own files and data
• Share links to our tools with others

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MJJ Tools at any time.

You may not use our tools for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Processing files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our services
• Overloading our servers with excessive requests

MJJ Tools is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties in relation to our service including:

• Continuous availability of the service
• Accuracy or completeness of tool outputs
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or technical issues
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.

When using our tools:

• You retain full ownership of any files or data you process
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you upload
• We do not store, retain, or access your files beyond the immediate processing period
• Files are automatically deleted after processing is complete
• You should not upload sensitive, confidential, or copyrighted material without proper authorization

In no event shall MJJ Tools, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or similar damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or files
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Service interruptions
• Errors in tool outputs
• Any damages resulting from the use of our service

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MJJ Tools and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
